The Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st April 2009.

(3) Item 2 in Part II of the Schedule comes into force on 1st October 2009.

Amendment of the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1993

2.  In the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1993(1)–

(a) in regulation 3 omit “, or on his behalf,”;

(b) in regulation 4(g) omit “and”;

(c) in regulation 4(h) for “,” substitute “; and”;

(d) after regulation 4(h) for “but shall not include” substitute new paragraph “(i)”; and

(e) for the Schedule to those Regulations (table of fees) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
