These Regulations may be cited as the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2009.

Subject to subsection (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st April 2009.

Item 2 in Part II of the Schedule comes into force on 1st October 2009.
Amendment of the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 19932
In the Bankruptcy Fees (Scotland) Regulations 19932–
a
in regulation 3 omit “, or on his behalf,”;
b
in regulation 4(g) omit “and”;
c
in regulation 4(h) for “,” substitute “; and”;
d
after regulation 4(h) for “but shall not include” substitute new paragraph “(i)”; and
e
for the Schedule to those Regulations (table of fees) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
