Amendment of table of fees
2.—(1) In the provisions of the table of fees in Schedule 1 to the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 1993(1) which are mentioned in column 1 of the Schedule to this Act of Sederunt, for the amounts specified in column 2 of that Schedule, substitute the amounts specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
(2) Subparagraph (1) shall not affect fees chargeable for work done, or outlays incurred, before 27th April 2009.
