These Regulations make provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of that Act and it appears to the Scottish Ministers that it is expedient for any reference in these Regulations to—
(a)Commission Regulation (EC) No 1205/2008 regarding metadata(1) to be construed as a reference to that Regulation as amended from time to time, and
(b)Annexes I, II and III to Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE)(2) to be construed as a reference to those provisions as amended from time to time.
