Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Health Boards (Membership and Elections) (Scotland) Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2009.

The appointed day for paragraph 1 of the schedule

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 1 of the schedule to the Health Boards (Membership and Elections) (Scotland) Act 2009 is 8th January 2010.
