SCHEDULE HEALTH BOARD ELECTION RULES

PART 1 TIMETABLE

Timetable

1.  A Health Board election is to be conducted in accordance with the following timetable—

Proceeding	Time
1. Publication of election notice	At least 49 (but no more than 56) days before the election day.
2. Nomination period	Begins when election notice is published and ends at 5.00 p.m. on the day falling 35 days before the election day.
3. Sending of voting packs	At least 28 (but no more than 33) days before the election day.
4. Poll closes	4.00 p.m. on the election day.
