The Legal Aid (Scotland) (Children) Regulations 19979 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “right of audience”, for “, the House of Lords and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council” substitute “and the Supreme Court”.
