Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Amendment Order 2009 and comes into force on 9th October 2009.
Amendment of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006
2. The list of Scottish public authorities(1) in the Schedule to the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006(2) is amended by inserting at the appropriate place, “Public Transport Users’ Committee for Scotland(3)”.
