Article 4

SCHEDULEPORT LIMITS

The area outlined in red on the port map bounded as follows: commencing at point 1 and proceeding in a southerly direction along the boundary of the subjects registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number FFE15084 to point 2; thence along the outer face of the existing fence line, first in a westerly direction to point 3, then in a southerly direction to point 4, then in a westerly direction to point 5, then in a south-westerly direction to point 6, then in a southerly direction to point 7, then in a south-westerly direction to point 8, then in a southerly direction to point 9, then in a south-easterly direction to point 10, then in a southerly direction to point 11, then in a south-easterly direction to point 12 and then in an easterly direction to the end of the existing fence line at point 13; thence proceeding in a south then south-westerly direction along the level of high-water to point 14; thence proceeding along the outer face of a small jetty structure, first in a southerly direction to point 15, then in a westerly direction to point 16 and then in a northerly direction to point 17; thence proceeding in a south-westerly and then southerly direction along the level of high-water to point 18; thence proceeding along the Forth faces of the structure of the tidal jetty known as Middle Jetty, first in an easterly direction to point 19, then in a southerly direction to point 20 and then in a westerly direction to point 21; thence proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the level of high water to point 22; thence proceeding along the Forth face of the north side of the structure of the port basin direct entrance, first in an easterly direction to point 23 then in a southerly direction to point 24 and then in a westerly direction to point 25; thence proceeding in a southerly direction along the Forth face of the port basin direct entrance lock gate to point 26; thence proceeding in an easterly direction along the Forth face of the southern side of the structure of the port basin direct entrance to point 27; thence proceeding in a south-easterly direction along the level of high water to point 28; thence proceeding along the Forth face of a sheet pile wall, first in an easterly direction to point 29, then in a north-easterly, easterly then south-easterly directions along the level of high water to point 30; thence proceeding along the Forth face of the north side of the structure of the port basin entrance lock in an easterly direction to point 31, then in a southerly direction to point 32, then in an easterly direction to point 33, then in a southerly direction to point 34 and then in a westerly direction to point 35; thence proceeding in a southerly direction along the Forth face of the port basin entrance lock gate to point 36; thence proceeding along the Forth face of the structure of the tidal berth quayside known as South Arm, first in a south-easterly direction to point 37, then in a southerly direction to point 38 and then in a westerly direction to point 39; thence proceeding along the outer face of the existing fence line in a northerly, westerly then generally north-westerly directions to point 40 and then in a northerly direction to point 41; thence proceeding along a mix of existing fence line and building faces generally in a north-westerly and then southerly directions to point 42; thence proceeding along the outer face of the existing fence line in a westerly and then southerly directions to point 43 and then in a south-westerly direction to point 44; thence proceeding along the level of high-water in a westerly, north-westerly, northerly and then westerly directions to point 45; thence proceeding along the Forth face of the sheet pile wall of the structure known as Contractor’s Jetty, first in a southerly direction to point 46, then in a westerly direction to point 47, then in a northerly direction to point 48 and then in an easterly direction to point 49; thence proceeding generally in a northerly direction along the level of high-water to point 50; thence proceeding on the outer face of the existing fence line, first generally in a north-easterly direction to point 51, then in a north-easterly direction to point 52, then in a north-westerly direction to point 53, then in a north-easterly direction to point 54 and then in a north-westerly direction to point 55; thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction over roadside verge, footway and road along the line of a former barrier to point 56; thence proceeding along the outer face of the existing fence line, first generally in an easterly direction to point 57, then in a north-westerly direction to point 58, then in a north-easterly direction to point 59, then in a south-easterly then north-easterly directions to point 60, then in a south-easterly then westerly directions to point 61 and then in a southerly direction to point 1 UNDER EXCEPTION of the area enclosed by the existing fence line commencing at point 62 and proceeding in a southerly direction to point 63, then in a south-westerly direction to point 64, then in a north-westerly direction to point 65, then in a north-westerly direction to point 66 and then in an easterly direction back to point 62; TOGETHER WITH (by way of inclusion within the port limits) (First) the areas occupied by the two existing dolphin structures shown on the port map by the red lines joining (respectively) points 70 and 71 and joining points 72 and 73; and (Second) the areas to be occupied by the three proposed new dolphin structures shown on the port plan as extending in the first instance from the red line linking points 28 and 29 and extending to point 67; in the second instance from the red line linking points 29 and 30 and extending to point 68; and in the third instance from the red line linking the points 29 and 30 and extending to point 69.
