SCHEDULE 1 ACTIVITIES FOR THE PURPOSES OF REGULATION 4(1)

4.  All discharges of substances into groundwater which require prior authorisation in pursuance of Council Directive 80/68/EEC of 17th December 1979 on the protection of groundwater against pollution caused by certain dangerous substances(1).
