Contents of licence

6. Every licence must contain—
(a)the name of the licensee;
(b)the address of the licensed facility;
(c)a licence number;
(d)a description of each food to which the licence applies;
(e)the date from which the licence is to run; and
(f)in the case of a licence under Part 1, paragraph 3, the date of its expiry,
and may contain conditions.
