SCHEDULE 2 LICENCES

PART 6 Other Provisions Concerning Licences

25.  Any notice so published shall specify—

(a) the name of the licensee or former licensee;

(b) the licensed or formerly licensed facility; and

(c) the licence number,

and shall state in outline the effect of the matter to which it relates.
