Revocations

12.  The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Food (Control of Irradiation) Regulations 1990(1);

(b) regulations 2 to 16 of the Food Irradiation Provisions (Scotland) Regulations 2000(2); and

(c) the Food (Control of Irradiation) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2002(3).
