The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2006

17.  In the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 2006(1), in rule 5(1) (interpretation) in paragraph (e) of the definition of “prohibited article”(2) for “alcoholic liquor” substitute “alcohol, within the meaning given by section 2 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005”.
