1. This Order may be cited as the Health Boards (Membership and Elections) (Scotland) Act 2009 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2009.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 1 to 3 of the Health Boards (Membership and Elections) (Scotland) Act 2009 for the areas for which—
(a)Fife Health Board; and
(b)Dumfries and Galloway Health Board,
are constituted(1), is 24th June 2009.
