Amendment of regulation T6

17.  In regulation T6(1A) (loss of rights to benefits)–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “widower” insert “, surviving nominated partner”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (c)–

(i) after “notice” insert “or nomination”; and

(ii) for “F5(3A)” substitute “F5”.
