Notification of decisions4
The Board shall, within 5 working days of having been notified in accordance with paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 4, intimate to the applicant and the persons mentioned in paragraph 1 the decision on the application, the reasons for it, and of any right of appeal applicable under paragraph 5.
