PART 1 Introduction

Application

3.—(1) This Order does not apply to–

(a) anything done under the terms of a licence granted under the Specified Animal Pathogens (Scotland) Order 2009(1);

(b) any quarantine centre or quarantine facility approved under the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Scotland) Regulations 2007(2).

(2) Article 17 (controls on notification), and Chapters 2 (suspicion) and 3 (infection) of Part 4 (disease control measures) of this Order do not apply to a slaughterhouse.
