1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment No. 2) 2008 and shall come into force on 31st March 2008.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2. In paragraph 2(1) of the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment) 2008(1) (amendment of general regulations) after “claims” insert “falling within paragraph 1 (actions of a value from £1,000 to £2,500) of the following table”.
