Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003
2. In regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1) for “£24.00” substitute “£25.00”.
Revocation
3. The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007(2) are revoked.
