6. Where access is granted under paragraph 2(1)(h) the person responsible must as soon as practicable notify the UK Statistics Authority of–
(a)the statistics to which access was granted;
(b)any individual given access;
(c)the period of time those individuals were given access; and
(d)the reason for granting access.
