The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

8.  In regulation A18 (compulsory retirement on account of age)–

(a) in paragraph (1), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraphs (2) and (4)”; and

(b) after paragraph (3) insert–

“(4) This regulation shall not apply to a specified employee of SOCA.”.
