The Police Pensions Regulations 1987

7.  In regulation A17 (retirement)–

(a) after paragraph (1)(a) insert–

“(aa) to the contract under which a specified employee of SOCA is employed by SOCA being terminated;”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (f) insert “and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA”; and

(c) omit paragraph (4).
