38. In regulation 17 (retirement)–
(a)omit “or” which follows paragraph (1)(c); and
(b)at the end of paragraph (1)(d), insert–
“or
(e)leaving a force on joining the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the National Crime Squad and subsequently becoming a specified employee of SOCA.”.
