Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 and come into force on 6th April 2008.
Amendment of the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2006
2. Regulation 7(2)(c) of the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2006(1) is amended by substituting “£16,642” for “£16,017”.
Revocation
3. The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007(2) are revoked.
