2.—(1) The Official Feed and Food Controls (Scotland) Regulations 2007(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In Schedule 2–

(a)at the end of paragraph (e) omit “and”;

(b)at the end of paragraph (f) insert–

  • “; and

    (g)

    the Guar Gum (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Regulations 2008(2)”.
