Designation of The Scottish Agricultural College

2.—(1) The Scottish Agricultural College(1) is designated as an institution providing higher education for the purposes of Part II of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992.
(2) The designation of The Scottish Agricultural College by paragraph (1) shall remain in effect notwithstanding any change of name of that institution.

The Scottish Agricultural College is a charitable company limited by guarantee registered in Scotland with company number SC103046 and charity number SC003712 and having its registered office at West Mains Road, Edinburgh EH9 3JG.
