1. This Order may be cited as the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving Provisions) Order 2008 and comes into force on 19th May 2008.
2. Notwithstanding the commencement of section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 for certain purposes by the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2008(1) the provisions of Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(2) shall continue in full force and effect.
