1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters' Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2008.
(2) This Order comes into force on 14th May 2008, but–
(a)the amendment made by article 2 and paragraph 1 of the Schedule (new rule B5A: entitlement to two pensions) has effect from 1st April 2007; and
(b)all other amendments have effect from 1st July 2007.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
