The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provision and Savings) Order 2007 (S.S.I. 2007/334 (c.28)) provides for commencement of provisions of the 2007 Act as follows:–

The Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008 (S.S.I. 2008/49 (c.6)) provides for commencement of provisions of the 2007 Act as follows:–
