Amendment of Schedule 5 to the 2007 Act7
In Schedule 5 to the 2007 Act (borrowing by certain statutory bodies), in respect of the amount of borrowing in respect of Scottish Water in terms of section 42 of the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002, for “£230,800,000” substitute “£275,500,000”.
