3.—(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Specified Persons for Financial Reporting Orders) (Scotland) Order 2006(1) is modified as follows.
(2) In article 1(3), the definitions of “the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency” and “the Director” are revoked.
(3) In article 2, for paragraph (b) substitute–
“(b)the Director General of the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency.”.
