PART II AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSERVATION (NATURAL HABITATS, &c.) REGULATIONS 1994

5.  In regulation 2(1) (interpretation and application)–

(a) for the definition of “the Habitats Directive” substitute–

““the Habitats Directive” means Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora(1) as amended from time to time;”; and

(b) omit the definition of “occupier”.
