Amendment of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003

2.  The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003(1) is amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Order.
