The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 204 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing Revenue Account General Fund Contribution Limits (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 15th March 2007.
2. The amount of contribution out of its general fund which a local authority may estimate that it will carry to the credit of its housing revenue account for the year 2007–2008 shall be limited to nil.

This Order provides that local authorities may not include in their estimates for the year 2007–2008 any contribution from their general fund to their housing revenue account.
1987 c. 26. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
