Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 2nd April 2007.

Amendment of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2004

2.—(1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In the Schedule, in the column headed “POLICE STATION NAME AND ADDRESS”–

(a)for Fife police area, omit the entries relating to Dalgety Bay Police Station, Levenmouth Police Station and St Andrews Police Station;

(b)for Strathclyde police area–

(i)omit the entries relating to Helensburgh Police Station, Alexandria Police Station and Cambuslang Police Station(2); and

(ii)after the entry relating to Lamlash Police Station(3), insert–

  • Kirkintilloch Police Station

    45 Southbank Drive

    Kirkintilloch

    Glasgow

    G66 1XJ.
