SCHEDULE 2 REVOCATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

PART 1 AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICE PENSIONS REGULATIONS 1987(1)

13.  In regulation D5 (child’s allowance or special gratuity- limitations)–

(a) in paragraph (1), omit “or gratuity” and “and “a special gratuity””;

(b) in paragraph (2), omit sub paragraph (b);

(c) omit paragraph (7);

(d) in paragraph (8), for “, (5) and (7)” substitute “and (5)”; and

(e) in paragraph (9), omit “or special gratuity”.
