20.—(1) The provisions of regulations 17(1)(e), (2), (3) and (4) and 19 shall also apply in so far as they are relevant to infant formula, to the presentation of an infant formula.
(2) The provisions set out in regulations 18(2) and 19 shall also apply in so far as they are relevant to follow on formula, to the presentation of a follow on formula.
(3) For the purposes of this regulation presentation includes the shape, appearance or packaging of the products concerned, the packaging materials used, the way in which they are arranged and the setting in which they are displayed.
