Failure to produce permit12

An occupier of premises in respect of which a permit has effect commits an offence if without reasonable excuse that person fails to produce the permit on request for inspection by–
a
a constable;
b
an enforcement officer; or
c
an authorised local authority officer.

A person guilty of an offence under this regulation is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
