23.—(1) The Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Regulations 1999 are revoked.
(2) The Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1) and the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2004(2) are revoked.
(3) The Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) Regulations 2007(3) are revoked.
