PART 1 Introductory

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 30th October 2007.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
