The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 91, 100, 102(4)(c), 108(7)(c), 110(3), 134, 146(2) and 147(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
