Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Adults with Incapacity (Ethics Committee) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007 and come into force on 20th February 2007.
Amendment of the Adults with Incapacity (Ethics Committee) (Scotland) Regulations 2002
2.—(1) The Adults with Incapacity (Ethics Committee) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(2) for “18”, substitute “30”.
(3) In regulation 7(2) for “one half of its membership is present”, substitute “7 members are present”.
