2.—(1) Regulation 4 of the Valuation Appeal Panels and Committees (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1) is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (3), omit “, subject to paragraph (4) below,”.
(3) Omit paragraph (4).
