52.—(1) Regulation E32 (amounts of children’s long-term pensions) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)–
(a)in sub-paragraph (a) after “surviving civil partner” insert “, surviving nominated partner”; and
(b)for “E31(7)” substitute “E31(9)”.
