Regulation 5(2)

SCHEDULE 3 EXEMPT COURSES

For the purposes of regulation 5(2)(b) a first degree course in one of the following subjects shall not be treated as falling within section 5(3) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005(1)–

(a) Dental Hygiene

(b) Dental Therapy

(c) Podiatry

(d) Dietetics

(e) Occupational Therapy

(f) Orthoptics

(g) Physiotherapy

(h) Radiography (Diagnostic and Therapeutic)

(i) Prosthetics and Orthotics

(j) Speech and Language Therapy
