The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Scotland) Regulations 2006

The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions of the Police Act 1997(1) which are specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

(1)

1997 c. 50. By virtue of section 126(3) of the Police Act 1997, as amended by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15), section 166(2), in the application of Part 5 of that Act of 1997 to Scotland, references to the Secretary of State must be construed as references to the Scottish Ministers (except in section 118(2A)(d) or 124A(1) and (2)).
