Citation and appointed day
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2006.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into force of section 32 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 is 2nd April 2006.
