Amendment of the Older Cattle (Disposal) (Scotland) Regulations 2006
3. For regulation 9(1), substitute–
“9.—(1) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with regulations 4, 5(3) or 8(1) or with a notice served under these Regulations, shall be guilty of an offence.”.
