1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Injury Benefit) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and come into force on 1st February 2007 but shall have effect from 6th April 2006(1).
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
Retrospective effect is permitted by section 1(5) of the Police Pensions Act 1976.
